No, this is not an insurance plan. This plan provides you with discounted prices on Beltone hearing aids and a wide range of health care services and products; you will pay for services at the discounted price at the time services are received.
This plan is for the individual member only. Spouses and other household members are not included.
You can start using the bonus products and services that are available with the plan level you purchased right away. Simply choose the effective date for the current month you are in when joining.

Members can schedule appointments with licensed and trained mental health professionals via phone and video chat to get the help they need between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. seven days a week.
After you sign up and complete your registration and account setup, you can schedule phone and video consults online at DialCare.com or using the DialCare mobile app. Mental health professionals are available 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week.
Members can use Dialcare Mental Wellness 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week. Members may either call (844) 249-4094 for our team to schedule an appointment for you, or you can schedule via the app or website at DialCare.com. Each appointment is scheduled for 30 minutes.
Our licensed mental health professionals are trained to aid in depression, stress, eating disorders, addiction, relationship problems, anxiety, grief and more.
If you need additional cards for your household, or have lost your card, please call Member Services at (855) 335-2255. We will be happy to send additional cards to you.
